Convenient to MCG, City and easy access to trams. Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms. Parking is expensive and not many spaces avail so request ahead of travel date. Have stayed several times and us our usual accommodation as suits all our needs. Trains at night can be annoying so would be good if they upgraded windows on rooms near train lines.

Stayed at this hotel for two days. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall price of the room was reasonable. However, the rooms are quite old and need renovation. The room felt stuffy and poorly ventilated, with very little fresh airflow. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast was particularly disappointing for the price the selection was very limited, mainly consisting of scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, dried bacon, and some fruit. Considering the cost, it did not provide good value for money and was not worth the price charged. While the friendly staff were a highlight, improvements to the rooms and breakfast offering would greatly enhance the guest experience.
