We stayed here twice, once before our ski trip and again after returning to Santiago, and had a very good experience both times. The location is very convenient, right in the city, and the indoor parking garage was especially useful for us. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the room was very comfortable. We also really appreciated having a kitchen in the room. The hotel has its own restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient, and we could easily order food and have it delivered to the room. The prices were also quite reasonable. For us, it was the perfect place to stay for a night before and after skiing—comfortable, practical, and very convenient. Definitely recommended!

Most likely one of the best rooms with a balcony that I’ve stayed in before. Extremely well equipped kitchenette to support a bit longer stays. The area is very well located to parks and safe walking paths. The restaurant is an absolute 5 star in my books. I’ve enjoyed every meal, from breakfast to supper and the odd snack. Quality is just amazing. Will definitely select The Place for my next trip to Santiago. They were recommended to me by a friend and close colleague and I will be happy to do the same.

The Place was a great home away from home hotel experience. The staff at check in was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the hotel itself was well maintained. The restaurant in the hotel was always very active and the food was great. The only complain would be the restaurant service was very slow, otherwise - it was a wonderful stay.
