As usual, it's a great hotel. I've been staying here every time I'm in Tokyo. Their eco friendliness is great. Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms are great. Location is excellent.

The staff here are so great and the breakfast excellent. If you are coming from N America the small size, bare necessities and older look may take you back. It is a mid-grade hotel with amazing service. Rooms were clean, quiet and efficient. The location was AMAZING. I would absolutely stay again on a solo trip.

The staff were super accommodating with holding our luggage’s both before and after our stay. The washroom was a bit small but the living space was big enough for us to pack our 4 suitcases! The hotel is right next to shibuya station which made things super convenient.
