On first impressions as we entered via the car park at the back this property it looks run down and tacky if I’m honest. The fake grass which was sodden with rain and smelt like a toilet made me glad to only be staying for one night.
The greeting was pleasant, the woman was very nice. At £118 thought I feel the room was very over priced compared to the previous night I stayed in the travel lodge and it was only £90! the room was also larger and neither included breakfast.
The room was clean enough, the bead was tiny and very uncomfortable. There was water, but one bottle was already open and half drunk! We were offered to book breakfast, but declined.
All in all it did what it needed to for us, just a bed for the night, but I we are glad the stay wasn’t longer
