Good enough for what you pay for.

Although the hotel wasn’t in the best condition, it was comfortable enough for the value. I love the fact that they have hot tubs in the room and also the front desk agent was very friendly. Definitely a good place to stay in the Dells when you are on a budget or you want an affordable Jacuzzi tub room.

The room is really dated and the whole hotel needs some updating and to be kept up better. They must of had some type of water leak because several rooms had the doors propped open with blowers drying them out. I could see through the crack in my door. The room didn't have an alarm clock and the bathroom was dirty and gross. Wont be staying here again. This definitely is not worth more than $60 a night.

The hotel was so disappointing, and it smelled awful. This was our first time staying at this hotel and will be our last. The room and hotel smells awful and needed to be updated. The refrigerator smelled like fish, the carpet was sticky, and outside of the hotel was a mess. The entrance to our room had a view of the back property which was a dumpster. With the garbage all around it, an old picnic table and cigarette Buds everywhere. There was zero security . The only positive was the self made waffle breakfast in the morning.

Disappointing Stay-Poor Service

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Unpleasant Room Conditions Check-in was a terrible experience — the receptionist was rude and completely unwelcoming. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable being greeted at a hotel. The customer service overall needs serious improvement. The room had a strong musty odor, which made it hard to relax. On top of that, the toilet seat was broken — clearly, maintenance and cleanliness aren’t a priority here. To make matters worse, at 10am (an hour before checkout), staff knocked on our door saying the owner had asked them to check if we had left. It felt intrusive and unnecessary, especially since checkout time is clearly stated as 11am. Honestly, I should have taken the empty parking lot as a sign. I regret not reading more reviews beforehand. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Stayed there for five nights. During my stay, the service was excellent: Daily housekeeping, good breakfast, and provided plenty of towels and washcloths. Bed was comfortable. The only issues I saw were the soap bars were quite small, and they don't recycle. Among the cheaper options in the area, so it's a solid choice for Wisconsin Dells visitors looking to save money on lodging.

Entrance was dirty needs a lot of tlc and windex. Pure rundown. Care about the money not the appearance. Pool and hot tub was dirty. Our stay wasn't worth the money. We are sorry that we stayed there, we should stay somewhere else. Andy and his wife were very nice. Even the outside is rundown. Vents in the hallway are dirty. Including pictures of hot tub.

Worth The Money Spent

The room was big and clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The breakfast had plenty of options. And the hotel staff were very nice. The only downfall was the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable, so my daughters back hurt from sleeping on springs and rods.

Not a bad place to stay but I’d only recommend as a cheap budget option, anything outside of that is a no go. Also after checking in and paying my deposit ($100) I got another $230 charge in the middle of the night randomly and they claimed it was a network error on their end I def didn’t like that. So if you’re in a budget and don’t care where u stay and it’s cheap go for it anything else I couldn’t recommend
