Three blocks away from the metro , two blocks from a shopping center, girl in front desk was a bit rude , but staff from restaurant was awesome . A bottle of water would be much appreciated in rooms , they can do better with toilet paper quality , no refill available in room , beds were fine.

Great location, very safe, with shopping just outside the hotel front door. The staff was super friendly and helped me a lot as I don't have a lot of Spanish ability. Front desk always had an English speaker. The breakfast was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel.

I love the location. Service was goos and friendly. They didn't provide the pick up from the airport as it said in Hotels. Phone to ask for room services was unplugged, the double window was broken and the bar next door was extreamly loud passing 2:00AM

Check in took more than half an hour even by submitting documents beforehand. Check in staff was really rude and with heavy attitude. The property is very well located although the nighttime noise in unbearable as loud music plays into the morning. The property and rooms are very tired. Aired conditioning and room had a funky smell. Bathroom sink and shower didn't drain.

While the location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful, the room itself was a major disappointment. It looked different from the photos advertised online, which felt misleading. To make matters worse, we were placed in a room directly above the kitchen. Starting around 6am each morning, the entire room would fill with the overpowering smell of fried food—it was honestly nauseating and made it hard to sleep in. For the price we paid, we expected much better. Overall, not worth the cost given the poor room experience.
