Upon check in around 10pm, the front desk mentioned they couldn't find our reservation, even though we had confirmation from hotels.com. The staff from hotels.com mentioned there was no room available for the stay, while the front desk mentioned there is technically room but they would have to be charging way more than what we originally booked for. Not exactly sure which party was at fault, but ultimately, after an hour of going back and forth between hotels.com and the hotel front desk, we decided to leave and had to find another accommodation else where for our stay.

Absolute disgusting place. Internet didn’t work. The room had an awful fish smell from the refrigerator to the bed. Very bad neighborhood. Hundreds of kids around the basketball court and in the parking lot hanging out smoking weed all day and night. Very overpriced. Zero customer service. Zero cleaning. This place was a nightmare. Rip off

This property is in need of an update. The room was filthy and smelled. Carpet was dirty, all vents were coverd by dust, blinds were dusty, bedroom doors wouldn't shut, walls had food on them, ants in one bathroom coming out the light socket and the latch on the door wS loose.

We checked in late. No one at front desk so we had to call and wait for someone to show up. The pictures looked great. The room was horrible. Booked our stay through expedia, check in qas smooth. Opened the door to the room and it smelled like an old bowling alley. Blood stain on the rug. Just a dirty room. Felt like section eight. Spend the extra $100 elsewhere. Not worth risking bed bugs or god knows what else. Was also told after seeing the room expedia said it was not a good enough reason for a refund.
