Very nice hotel, quiet and with common areas with piano play at night. Fast check-in and fast elevators. Bar/restaurant with outside area was very good and cozy and fast service. Main restaurant was very nice and excellent food! Spa area was as they write quite amazing! Huge gym. Many restaurants in the area and easy access around. Room was very large, with office area, nice bathroom seperated in two parts with large sink/table, mirror and then shower/tub/toilet. Good space for cloths. Good bed and no noise from hallway, road or other rooms.

This is the worst Hotel i have stayed in. So not worth the money. It is old and not so clean. As we arrived at the Hotel they told us the Spa is not included and if we want to use it we need to pay for it. The reason we booked this Hotel was the Spa!! It doesn't say anywhere on the website that it's not includet which i pointed out and the staff just answered quickl, without me completing the sentence. The staff is very very rude and every time i had a question they were busy and didn't want to give us a straight answer. Never again!!!

La qualité de l’accueil est à revoir. Le check in fut périlleux car aucun effort de la part de notre interlocutrice pour se faire comprendre alors que nous étions manifestement étrangers. Notre réservation n’avait pas été prise en compte donc pas de chambre attribuée pour nous 3. C’est dommage compte tenu du positionnement de l’hôtel qui est loin du niveau bas de gamme.

Hotel muito confortável; funcionários atenciosos, quarto amplo, cafe da manha excelente, muito bem localizado apesar de não estar no centro. Apesar de qualificado como 4 estrelas parece ser 5 estrelas pelas comodidades

Just parfait !

Je ne crois pas avoir vécu une aussi bonne expérience dans un hôtel jusqu’à présent, et pourtant je voyage pas mal. Hôtel propre et récent, chambre confortable et spacieuse, salle de bains design et petite attention à mon arrivée avec un mot personnalisé. Petit déjeuner avec une offre fraîche et foisonnante. Rien ne manquait à part les omelettes faites à la minute (mais la je chipote un peu). Expérience parfaite en ce qui me concerne !
