The facility is well kept and in a location with east /off to the highway. Plenty of eateries nearby, unfortunately not many beyond 3 star traveler ratings. The facility’s elevator needs to be spruced up, serviced to ensure both units are available, and travel faster to request for service call.

After driving 8 hrs on the road, this hotel room was a welcomed delight. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and overall, just what you need. We did experience a small snag, the TV glitched a bit. Once we called the front desk, a service man came immediately. Very impressive & no further issues.

Front staff was helpful. Young man helped with a bandaid when I Injured my hand on the door latch. The towels were past the date of retirement. At my house. the dog would not use them. The floor as cold and damp. We were disappointed in the Hilton Hotel. Guess ups should watch your ads. I miss the days of daily room service.
