This place is a bit rough. But the excellent staff makes up for a lot. We had a bit of a problem and they were so very helpful for us - way beyond most places, so we’re very grateful!

Room ok, had refrigerator and microwave & coffee maker. Some ants 🐜 in sink . Needed repair work around sink. Walls very thin, voices from next room kept us awake at night and early morning. No staff in office at breakfast time. Supplies poor. Road dirt from road in parking lot.

I often travel to north Georgia for gigs in various wedding venues in the area. The one consistent part of my travel is the hotel. I have been traveling for over 20 years to this area and I always stay here. While situated near the main road, the noise I normally experience at other hotels is absent here. As well as the noise of other visitors, minimal.

Good thing about this place is that even being older property, it is super clean and things are in working order as expected. Beds are super comfortable and the pillows are the best. I hate pillows in the big chain hotels such as Marriott and Hilton. But this place rocks. Dillard is a great location to be in the mountains. Nothing fancy about this motel but it works for me every-time and the price is always affordable. Do not expect much from the breakfast though, coffee can be weak at times also. Even then it is highly recommended.

At first glance you think it's a sub par, old motel. It is old, but it's one of cleanest motels I've been to. The shower pressure is unmatched by ANY I've been to, including very expensive places. The rooms are priced like rooms at other places but mine was much bigger, with a couch, etc.

I am not sure why this property has gotten such good reviews. I have very little good to say about it. The parking lot was littered with trash and leaves. The room had holes knocked into the wall. The sink in the room was about 1 foot from the bed. I mean you could sit on the bed and wash your hands in the sink. Missing trim, flaking paint everywhere. I guess the room was decently clean, but hard to tell really. The breakfast area was very tiny, with minimal selection. Barely could call it breakfast. There is a sign in the breakfast area that reads "Do not take breakfast into rooms", yet there are only 2 tables with 4 chairs each. Really? If you have ANY other choice in Dillard or surrounding towns, go there.

Location would have been great if Dillard hadn't cancelled their 4th of July celebration. There are water stains on the ceilings and smelled bad in our room. Beds were comfortable and clean. Parking was good and right by our room.

This was a pleasant and seamless one-night stay. The room was spotless, and the front desk attendant made check-in easy with a warm, friendly welcome. Breakfast was nicely stocked, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of the visit.

We only stayed for one night and it was a basic hotel stay. Check in was quick and easy, my room was clean and the air got cold. Got a great night sleep then left early the next morning. It was a basic hotel room. Nothing fancy or frilly, but I paid a basic price for a standard room. As long as it’s clean and serves the purpose, I’m happy. I’d definitely stay again if passing through the area.
