Kendra is out of control and there is no situation or set of circumstances where in by her conduct and actions on any level would be deemed appropriate or acceptable in business or in civil society. I have nothing to gain by sounding an alarm other than to prevent another family from being subjected to her irrational, irresponsible, unprofessional, destructive, demeaning, hateful and unhinged behavior. Any general manager that refuses to use appropriate language and identifies themselves as an animal and grunts at paying guest can’t be stable and should possibly be evaluated. If one can’t manage themselves and there behavior with professionalism, integrity decorum, self awareness, self respect, a moral compass that reflects the company’s core principles and values, basic business ethics, human decency, respect for those with disabilities, empathy, the bandwidth and mental capacity to appreciate and understand why honesty and the truth matters in ALL SITUATIONS how can they be trusted to manage a property where guest safety, security, privacy and customer service are key in ensuring a guest experience that delivers on the promises and mission statement put forth by the brand they represent? In what can only be described as a slanderous and elementary attempt at deception, a false account of her actions and the events that led to my stay abruptly ending in response to my bringing her behavior to the attention of the corporate office further underscore how unfit she is to lead.
