The cleanliness of the hotel was good. The only disappointment we had was That there was no coffee machine or no place to get coffee in the morning. Other than that it was a convenient drive to and from our location and the beds are very comfortable.

We were just staying overnight, so we didn't need all the amenities that you pay for at a higher-priced hotel. Gold Star Inn met our needs. The staff was accommodating and very nice. It is an older hotel, and there were some paint and furnishing upgrades, but some of the infrastructure needed improvement. Overall, it was a good night's stay.

We had a non smoking room that smelled really bad of cigarettes and weed. The hall smell was overpowering. The room is dated but I can work with that. There was cigarette burns in the counter and the bedding. The price was good but I would never go back.

Nice size room with a separate couch for TV watching and desk for those in need. It was a "no frills" motel with no breakfast being included. The room was a bit dated, but clean with no cigarette smell in the air (it was a no smoking room). We recommend adding a bath mat and bar to the bath/shower to make it safer to take a shower. We also recommend adding a TV guide to each room to assist with navigating the various available channels.

First off the room was so out dated and just looked dirty. Thank god I brought my owm pillow because the pillows where very small 3 (10" x 10"). I found 2 bugs in my bed so spen the next 20 mins inspecting the bed. Says they had a blow dryer nope asked for one but none available. This room had a microwave, stove top that worked but no coffee maker. Really that is the one thing they should have. They also had a fridgerator. Must have been a efficacy room at one time. They also had Direct TV.

The rooms here are huge and I really enjoy the space. Place has a 1970s vibe because that's the last time this place was updated. 20 minutes drive to Foxwoods Casino Resort. There's a grocery store and a Walmart nearby. It's a hidden gem and a great value, and smoker friendly rooms. The TV service here isn't that great, but it

I usually stay here once a year for a quick family trip. Do not expect bell and whistles. It is not updated and most rooms have old appliances. However, it depends on what you are looking for in your stay. It is fairly quiet. For us it is convenient for our particular trip activities.

Filthiest, most run down room I've EVER stayed in. I wouldn't even let my socks touch the floor, and Thank God I had my own sheets and pillowcases! I just covered the entire bed. A million dollars wouldn't make me go there again!
