Fomos muito bem recebidos, o Sr. Luiz foi muito atencioso. O quarto estava limpo, cama confortável. Pontos a melhorar: poderiam ter 2 travesseiros por pessoa na cama. Só tinha um por pessoa. E poderia ter cobertor extra também no quarto, na época do frio e estava frio. Melhorar o monitoramento do cilindro de gás: tivemos problema com banho a 01:00h da manhã quando retornamos ao hotel; simplesmente o chuveiro parou de ter água quente. No dia seguite de manhã estava tudo ok e na hora do checkout, conversando com o Luiz, descobrimos que o cilindro de gás tinha acabado e eles só descobriram de manhã quando os funcionários chegaram para preparar o café. Trocaram o cilindro, por isso qdo tomamos banho de manhã já tinha água quente. De qualquer forma, não pode ocorrer essa situação. Se o cilindro já está em determinada marca, tem que ser trocado, antes do gás acabar. Não pode haver o risco de o hóspede querer tomar banho e o gás ter acabado. Precisa haver um melhor monitoramento do gás.

Antes de chegar, por causa de um problema de localização, eu tinha certeza de que não voltaria. Mas fui muito bem recebida e mudei de ideia rapidamente. O atendimento foi excelente, com muita atenção e gentileza. O lugar é lindo, tranquilo, cercado pela natureza e exatamente do jeito que eu gosto. Tudo estava limpo e organizado. O café da manhã estava muito bom, com uma vista maravilhosa. Voltarei com certeza e recomendo para quem busca sossego e contato com a natureza. Apenas sugeriria um travesseiro extra no quarto.

O Luiz é extremamente gentil e prestativo. O quarto e o banheiro são muito amplos, permitindo uma organização maior das bagagens e nossos itens. Quarto com aquecedor elétrico, bom colchão. A TV não funcionou conosco, e já comunicamos. Banheiro com água quente na torneira e chuveiro, este, com ducha forte. Não tem secador de cabelo. Toalhas boas. Café da manhã simples, mas completo e gostoso. Alguns itens tem q solicitar a colaboradora, que também foi muito gentil.

Falando com sinceridade: Pareceu que estávamos sozinhos, a mesma pessoa que fez nosso check-in serviu o café na manhã seguinte só para nós... falando do café, foi ruim, sem muitas opções (por exemplo; sem ovos mexidos, sem pão de queijo, que seria uma opção para quem tem restrição ao glúlem, como no meu caso...). Dito isto, o lugar é bonito, aconchegante e perto do centro da cidade onde tem as atrações...

O quarto tinha travaesseiros muito altos e desconfortáveis. O ventilador de teto fazia um barulho absurdo e o hotel cobrou, inicialmente, R$ 200,00 para a troca do quarto. Após a negativa do pagamento eles conseguiram um ventilador de pé. O café da manhã é ótimo e o espaço lindo, mas só fomos para dormir e a experiência do quarto não foi agradável.
