Overall my stay was fine. The staff was respectful and friendly. The room was good and this location is very close my MI Adventures. My only complaint it that the pool area is very dirty, water is cloud and the floor is very slippery. The carpet in the building also needs to be vacuumed.

the only thing about my stay was that I had to constantly ask for towels the bathroom floor was not clean and there was no blankets on the bed had to go to front desk every time i needed towels and the dirty towels were never picked up out of room i was told just to throw them in the hall someone will pick them up sooner or later never will stay in this hotel again

Danisha was wonderful, from taking my call ahead of time to request a close room to allowing us to check in early. The stay was good. Yes, it is dated and has a couple issues, but you could see that new stuff was ordered for the room and a tile guy was there. The only real complaint was the room was damp. However to their defense it was 78% humidity outside. Maybe some gluten-free options for breakfast

I mDe my reservations before reading the reviews and was very upset that I did that since almost all the reviews were bad. However when I got there I discovered they were wrong. The floors were clean, the ice machine was working in the evening and morning. Plenty of room, the bed was very comfortable. The only negative thing I found was no elevator and other guest were very loud at 2AM.

The staff was great. Super helpful and quick to get us whatever we needed. The facility itself seemed a little run down. Our bathroom light in the shower didn’t work and wasn’t properly equipped with hand soap or body wash. Rooms were not as pictured. The indoor pool/hot tub area had many damaged tiles, as well as damaged surrounding floor tiles.
