Best hotel we stayed in Bali

Best hotel we stayed in Bali. Amazing villas with exceptional and really friendly service. The restaurant is great too. We had dinner in the Japanese cuisine restaurant and tried an amazing selection of Sashimis. The SPA was also great. Location is a bit far from Ubud center but really close to water temple. I recommend staying here in a heartbeat.

Vi var på bryllupsrejse og boede på Aksari en uge. Hotellet er smukt og ligger meget roligt væk fra by og støj. Vi havde booket en af deres to villaer, de ligger “afsides” fra de resterende værelser på hotellet. Der var fra og ro, i den forstanden at der ikke var støj fra de andre gæster. Dog er der en lille flod som løber langs med hotellet, og der kan man tydeligt høre vandet plaske - det var dog ikke en gene for os, men værd at nævne hvis man er lyd sensitiv. Vi var der i september måned og solen havde desværre svært ved at nå terrassen og poolen i villaen grundet de høje træer der afskærmer hotellet, så poolen var meget kold i villaen. For os var det fint at bruge hotellets store pools men hvis man tænker poolen er opvarmet så er det altså ikke tilfældet. Hotellet har to restauranter og begge laver virkelig lækker mad. Personalet er søde og servicen er i top klasse. Vi brugte en af hotellets chauffører, Wayan, han var sød og rar, god til at guide os og varetog vores interesser på bedste vis. Vi blev ofte imødekommet af personalet i receptionen efter dagens oplevelser på øen og de var meget nysgerrige og interesseret i hvordan vores dag havde været og tilbød altid deres assistance hvis vi havde behov for hjælp. Deres servicemanager, Wulan, var altid nærværende og smilende - man er ikke i tvivl om de gør alt hvad de kan for at man føler sig hjemme! Kæmpe ros til hele staben på Aksari! Vi kommer gerne igen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Helt fantastisk, personalet strakk seg til alle lengder for å gjøre oppholdet perfekt. De kjørte ut fra resorten for å fikse urter for kvalmen min(dehydrering). Maten var den beste jeg har smakt. Helt nydelig iskaffe. Villaen var en drøm, man bor midt i jungelen men føler seg likevel helt trygg. Anbefaler på det sterkeste å bo her, vi kommer definitivt tilbake her igjen om vi skal til Bali igjen. Dette er det fineste stedet vi har bod på noen gang. Med den beste servicen. Anbefaler å prøve candel light dinner I kapellet og flouting breakfast, det var en helt magisk opplevelse.

Très bel hôtel, piscine magnifique, et personnel sympathique. Mention spéciale pour Korja au restaurant, qui est d’un grand professionnalisme. Également, le tea time l’après midi est très appréciable. Mais beaucoup de choses sont à revoir pour un hôtel de ce standing et à ce prix : - Ménage de la chambre fait partiellement, nous avons dû chaque jour demander des serviettes, eau, gel douche… - La piscine est gelée, il n’y a donc personne qui se baigne. Également, dès qu’il pleut, ils enlèvent les matelas de la piscine. Sauf que ce n’est jamais remis ensuite, il faut à chaque fois demander pour avoir un matelas sur le transat. Ce sont des petits détails, mais qui sont frustrants et qui gâchent l’expérience de cet hôtel de standing.
