Great hotel to stay at. Great location with multiple places to eat within walking distance or a short drive. Easy drive to downtown Scranton. Only drawback is no microwave in the room.

Gross showers

The bedroom was fine, but the bathroom was disgusting. I didn’t even want to shower because the shower was covered in pink mold. It must not have been cleaned in at least a week or two. Definitely makes you feel like the whole room is not clean. The staff is great, but maybe just clean the showers more often…

Very Diaappointing

The hotel needs a full upgrade and elevators that will fit the luggage carts. The breakfast was less than Stella - cereal and old bagels! The pictures on hotels.com were completely not what this hotel looks like.

Everything was great, the check in was so easy and fast . The receptionist was very friendly, and above all the room was very nice, clean, OMG and the bed was the best of all the hotels I have stayed in, very comfortable, soft, in fact I felt like I was in my own bed at home. a lot of traffic to get to the property if you aren't from the area -- a light up sign on the hotel would help. But everything else was great! The staff were very friendly. The place was very clean.

It said breakfast was free but they only had yogurt, bagel and instant oatmeal. That is a continental breakfast and should be stated that way.

Not what we expected for a Hilton.

I reserved a room with a king size bed and handicap accessible with a walk in shower. Instead we were put in a room with 2 queen size beds. It had the walk in shower. There was no coffee pot or microwave in the room. The microwave is a must have for me with my disabilities to heat up my rice packs during the night for my neck. The bed closest to the bathroom was very uncomfortable and felt lumpy. I had surgery in Scranton and was looking forward to a comfortable sleep which I didn't get. I have to have another surgery and we're not sure if we want to stay there again.

Top-Notch Service, Poor EV Charging Setup

Great hotel with amazing staff. During breakfast, they were always proactive in refilling the coffee to ensure guests had a fresh cup at all times - something you rarely see these days. The staff truly stood out. I do have one complaint, though. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the advertised car charger. When I arrived, I found out not only was it a paid service, but the cost was extremely high - unlike anything I’ve seen before. To make matters worse, it wasn’t even working. I’d strongly recommend either removing this feature from the hotel description or working with a different provider to offer a more reliable and reasonably priced option.

In the website they mentioned free breakfast, but they have only coffee, plain bagels and orange juice. No bread nothing… we have 3 kids.. we need to run for breakfast outside… usually I prefer a hotel that offers free breakfast… but they are showing something.. doing something ..
