Aside from checking in this place was good. It was clean, comfortable, and it had AC. The check in process was terrible, there was no one at the front desk for 30 minutes, phones weren’t working and no one answered the doorbell. The person who came was rude and annoyed. The noise level overall was noisy due to cars on the road.

The room smelled so strongly of bleach. There was black mold in the bathroom. The pillows were hard and the bed was not comfortable. Also it stated on their website and Google that they offered free breakfast. They DO NOT offer free breakfast anymore. So lying to customers is really great. The area just felt dirty.

When i walked in the floor had a layer of sand and my daughter and i both had to wear out shoes inside. The sheets even had sand in them. My room was not cleaned the whole time i was there. My key card needed to be re keyed every time i came back from my excursions for the day. The pillows were ridiculously not usable. I needed to ask for towels because they were not replenished. I will never stay at a travelodge ever again

Worst stay ever .noise coming from the wall all night. I called at 11pm for noise coming from wall . They made it stop for 1 hour . called front desk at 5 am no answer . Noise started back up at 2 am . NO SLEEP

Great place for the price. Pretty much what i expected. Room was large and plenty of space for 5 people. Staff friendly and helpful. When dryer wasnt working, he immediately fixed it for us. Place felt pretty clean but only real negative was the floors were dirty, our feet were turning black. Was good value and felt safe.

The hotel is next to route 101 , very convenient . Price is reasonable . But the reasons I do not like it is that the bed had bed bugs . After a night’s sleep, my back had many itching bumps , mainly located at my upper back . The hotel does not provide breakfast , no 24 hours staffing .

Cozy room at a great location

Room was very clean and nice. Desk chair a bit run down in appearance. Bed was comfortable but had metal kickplate around bed frame so kept banging with my toe. Motel is near road so can hear a loud vehicle once in awhile but our room was far enough away so we didn’t mind. Only negative really was the shower, faucet was very tight and fastened loosely to wall. Also hot water ran out quickly so one of us had to take a cold shower. Great location! We would stay again.

Staff was friendly, room looked clean but it had a very strong mold smell and I slept with the windows open and the heater on all night long. It just needs a little remodel otherwise everything else was fine. It was sold out and I was only here the one night so I didn’t complain to staff. No refrigerator. Shower didn’t work well. Attendant was quite helpful with making accommodations for the lack of fridge. Nice accents like they had lotion, which was surprising. Basics (shower, refrigerator, weird room smell, and inaccurate thermostat that’s colder than stated) are lacking.
