"Cleanliness is very important to us, we looked at reviews prior to booking and chose our stay based on them. Boy did we choose right! From the amazing communication right after booking all the way to messaging right before getting there to give us a heads up about road conditions the staff was amazing! The room was CLEAN, from the floors to the ceiling it was spotless. It is however an older place so don't expect fancy. All we needed was in the room and they have a great goody bar for their guest. The beach was right out our door, a full building wrap around deck with chairs was pleasant to sit on. The beach wasn't overly busy and made for great sunrise walks. Should we ever make the drive again we will 100% be booking with them again."

"TVs didn’t work electrical problems with the extension between the refrigerator and the microwave could be something dangerous. They switched it out so it was working OK people specially a lady that had her dog off the leash so they talk to her once I don’t think they were firm enough to get her to understand because the ladies dog, which was a Chiweenie attacked my little deer head Chihuahua and who is a service animal and my friends service animal, which is a Pomeranian and they had said they talked to her before because her dog did the same thing to someone else’s dog and her dogs that are who they are and the services they perform should not have to be worried, going potty and being attacked on their property. They need to have a sign up that says all dogs must be on leashes, or you will be told to leave there has to be severe consequences for that when other guests are out with their dogs they should feel safe on that property not threatened like my dog was or my friend‘s dog or the other ladies dog and they should not be leaf blowing the sidewalks late early evening when people are resting it’s very irritating otherwise the room was nice. Their Wi-Fi kind of sucks because the TV is Cape just turning in circles buffering and that shouldn’t be the issue. Staff was wonderful but their continental breakfast in the morning was bananas three cold, cereals, and white bread that you could make toast they should have a variety. They did have oatmeal for hot cereal, but I didn’t "

"Overall, we had a good stay. When we first checked in, our room key didn’t work and we had to go back to the front desk. Once inside the room, we also noticed noise from upstairs guests and a crack in the ceiling that made us a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff handled the situation well. I asked to switch rooms, and they were able to move us to a second-floor room right away. The new room felt much better—less stuffy, no strange smells, and overall more comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight. There were plenty of options including scrambled eggs, beef patties, bagels, English muffins, waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice, and coffee—definitely a solid start to the day. One unique thing to note: between around 3–5 AM, you can hear sea lions nearby, and the hotel may sound a horn to scare them off. It’s interesting, but if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. Overall, I appreciate how the staff resolved the issue quickly and made sure we were comfortable for the rest of our stay."
