Everything was exceptional at the hotel. However, I would change the instructions on how to get on the shuttle at terminal 2. It's very general. This resulted our family & another to be overlooked by the driver , resulting in a 20 minute extra wait time.

Avoid this hotel!

This is certainly not what we were expecting for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast selection and food quality was terrible and the staff greeting us were extremely rude! The pool was closed so couldn’t use it. I also woke up with bites on my legs which I can only assume are bed bugs so it’s safe to say we will NOT be staying here again!!!
