Very friendly staff for check in and out. Lots of parking on site. Room had wonderful AC! The room had character to it (a window that looked into the hallway and you can see it the room BUT there were excellent blinds to block it! Was fun to experience). Overall a nice place to stay!

Enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again. Spacious room and comfortable beds. TVs are small which was a bit disappointing. Fireside restaurant was great. Need reservations to avoid wait. Overall a great stay.

The staff was fantastic even though they had to move us to a third room. However, the issues were out of their control and had to be repaired. They did upgrade us though to a beautiful suite. Would stay again!

10/10 Exceptional

I consider myself well-travelled and I was pleased with our room at the Coast Hotel in Lethbridge. It was very large, quiet, and beds were comfortable. The restaurant, Firestone, was exceptional! For owner/manager: The bathroom could use an upgrade. Toilet was so low, and the bathtub was too short and too narrow. (I’m only 5’2”) Add Netflix as an option.
