Comfortable hotel with aircon on outskirts

We needed a place to overnight before driving to Stockholm. We chose this one as it was outside the city and easy to park. Big clean fresh rooms with air conditioning and comfortable beds gave us the best nights sleep in Norway. Breakfast was excellent. Note it’s not in the center but was perfect for us with a car. Car parking cost extra, about 500nok per night. Seems to be like that everywhere in Oslo.

Overall a good experience. Next to a 24hours bus service ( Route 31 ) bus stop allow access to Oslo city center in about 25min. Great pathways to walk around and cycling. Hike along the lake at the rear of the hotel is a plus.

I wanted to bring to your attention a few issues we encountered during our stay: • The TV remote control was not working. • There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash provided. • There were not enough glasses or cutlery for three people, although the booking was made for three guests. I would appreciate it if you could look into these matters to ensure a better experience for future guests.

This Hotel is in a Nordic country and doesn’t have a function sauna, which is surprising. They have a sauna but it’s not functioning. They have a ping pong table and no ping pong balls. It’s weird in so many ways like why won’t they give importance to these facilities. The room in the picture was different to the one which was given but the staff were friendly and the overall stay was good. Just disappointed with the facilities on offer

Definitely a budget hotel!!

Ok for the price. Had to ask for milk for the tea, which we were told they didn’t have any, even at the bar area! Asked at breakfast if we could have some milk and was told if we needed more than one cup that we would have to pay for it. Never been to a hotel that charged for milk for tea!! Beds were just bases with thin mattress toppers on, not even real beds. Ours had a huge dip in the middle so woke up with severe back and shoulder pain as absolutely no support given in the beds. Shower had previous persons shower gel all over the wall (as well as pubic hair :( on the floor and walls) so evidently hadn’t been cleaned in between guests. Had to ask for fresh towels after a long day of sightseeing, last thing we needed!!

Temeraturen på rommet var veldig høy, og det var problematisk å lufte grunnet doble vinduer. Ved "rengjøring" fikk vi nye håndklær og ny pose i søpla. Ellers kunne vi ikke se at de hadde vært der. Gårsdagens pizza og tomme ølbokser ble ikke ryddet og sengen ikke redd opp. Matutvalget var labert, og kvaliteten ok-. Eggerøre bar preg av masseprodujsjon. Savnet speilegg, mer grønnsaker, havregrøt og det var tomt for mye allerede kl 07.

Det var dessverre litt for dårlig vasket rom med støv og lort her og der. Ankom hotellet og møtte ikke mye smil fra ansatte, og heller ikke god informasjon om oppholdet. Romstørrelsen var små Frokosten var heller ikke noe å skryte av. Tørt og kjedelig utvalg
