Avoid in summer as rooms are very very hot with no aircon. Apart from that great value and good hotel

This hotel would be generally quite nice. The rooms appear recently renovated, with stylish interior and quite comfortable beds. Everything was clean. However, there were a few hiccups during our stay. For example, our request for accessible accommodation was ignored without any comment. During our whole stay, one of the two elevators in the main entry was out of order, and there was apparently no effort to fix it soon.

Lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance to Royal Palace and lots of public transport. Rooms spacious and clean. All staff friendly, professional and approachable. As a vegetarian there was plenty of choices at breakfast. Supermarkets within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely return.

Excellent location for our needs. Fair price. We would stay there again if in Oslo. Room was clean. Staff friendly, including very helpful cleaning staff. Breakfast was more limited than other Scandic's we stayed at (there were five others) but the price charged was considerably less. For a senior couple trying to keep costs down in an expensive country, it was two big thumbs-up! Beautiful country, beautiful people...

Morning breakfast staff were kind but the remain people not very welcoming. The room was a bit old with strange creepy artworks. Matress was comfortable but pillows are tiny, duvet is size for one. The bathroom was smelly upon arrival. Location was good. And breakfast good too.

Nice hotel, with a great breakfast does. Staff was very friendly. Overall this was a good stay- simple. Unfortunately no air conditioning or fan, and it got hot- i opened the window but train was running and loud.

The hotel and rooms didn’t look great but this was perfectly adequate, with a great location, and a bigger than normal room.

The hotel is in the middle of major renovations. There was a daily charge for house keeping that was not disclosed on the website. Hotel does not have AC. We had a small window and fan - room was hot and stuffy. If we left the window open at night, lots of noise outside. The construction noise was okay for us, but was unacceptable to our traveling companions. Location of the hotel was good, but the property is very dated. I would use as a last resort.

I booked a twin room and we had a double bed with 2 duvets instead.. there were no towels in the room so had to go back down 6 floors to get some.. The shower/ hair lotion had run out so there was none to use. Not a great impression

Do not book parking here!! The garage is simply too tight to get in or out. Breakfast was sad, not worth the exorbitant price for what you got.

Although we requested to clean up our room, in 4 days it was never done. We had to pick up towels at the reception, the garbage was never picked up, there was no shampoo and soap and the AC was not working.
