This is a beautiful and historic property in a great location in the French Quarter. Even though it was right across the street from a fire station, my room was surprisingly quiet. Like many older hotels it is showing its age in places, but the staff were super friendly and the location is so convenient. I would stay here again.

Very Nice and Quaint

Service was pristine from the valet to the check-in. I did not realize that I arrived a couple minutes early, and the check-in lady was trying to kindly remind me that check-in was at 4PM. It was my fault, but there was a noce restaurant across the street i wanted to visit. They held my bags and called me when my room was ready. I did not particularly like the shared outdoor space upstairs. It was nice but had no view. I will try the King room with balcony next time.
