Relaxing stay

Went for 5 nights to relax and unwind. Excellent check in service by Kelvin, received coupons for their 3 restaurants and wristbands for 4 activities which were appreciated. Indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzis which we never used and a large lunge area with a few games. Room was very spacious with a mini fridge and coffee maker, comfortable beds and a Juliet balcony so we could open the door to get fresh air. It is an older building so the rooms were a little dated and you could hear the tootles flushing mad showers running but all in all, was a great stay.

Convenient location, 5 min walk to the Village. Price is within budget. Clean room. Friendly staff. Pool was great, warm enough for the kids. Some of the hot tubs are not working anymore and no lights at night. Wish the reception person also offered the multiday access when we checked in instead of me asking about it the next day because we heard it from somebody else.

There for Yeticon, the food vouchers were quite helpful. Building is rather dated and lacks fresh air, bed is bit too soft for me, pillow smells like sweat for some reason. Staff are excellent and super friendly
