The rooms were supposed to be non smoking but people had smoked in them, place looks run down, the room211 i ended up using looks like the door was kicked in and had holes in the wall, the smoke detectors were tampered with

I reserve for two nights but I didn’t stay the room was dirty the beds are dirty and bathroom too. I decide to not stay there I know I lost my money, but I don’t feel comfortable to stay there. So my trip was very expensive because I pay my nights in quality inn but I don’t used the room I didn’t stay there so I tried to find other one and yes a found Hampton inn and that hotel was so much better super clean and feel more save with my family.

It was dirty outside and the police came one day to evict some lady who was screaming and cursing. There were unsavory people staying there, A maid tried to open my room while I was inside instead of knocking first. The lobby amenities were not accessible. I will never stay there again.

Worst ever…

The rooms are disgusting. We were supposed to have a non smoking room and were given a smoking one because apparently they didn’t have anything else to offer. The bed comforters and sheets were stained and the “clean” towels were nasty (picture included). The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t even close. The toilet was broken aswell. We were there for a funeral and weren’t even able to get any rest. Overall it was the worst experience ever.

I went over to check in couldn’t find anybody in the front everything was locked up couldn’t walk into a front Dess you have to go through a little window and stand outside in the rain until until someone Came and said come back later my room will be ready I came back The room that they said it’ll be ready was not available anymore so they gave me a room upstairs.. When I booked a room it say breakfast included there’s no breakfast nobody to talk to you in the front desk, nobody answer call.. room was dirty I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family no more come here ever again.. Poor customer service , I will read this zero meaning worse than any hotel I ever stay
