Large and comfortable room near points of interest in downtown Vancouver's west side. They stored our bags since we arrived from airport ahead of check in time and we were able to explore the area some. Staff also provided some coupons for items in area and advise of things to do. Short one night (2 day) stay in area but we loved this area of Vancouver.

Our stay was mostly good. But the sheets were rough and the motion sensor light under the beds were annoying at night. Most of the staff were pleasant but some could have been friendlier. We were also underwhelmed by the “amenities.” The “Tesla chauffeur” service was not available when needed. Shower pressure was good and they have nice L’Occitane bath products. Location was the main reason for our stay there and that worked out well for accessing the rest of the city.
