Staff was great, rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great! Trash was always in the parking lot and no cigarette butt ash trays, stop smoking in front of building, looks bad. But pool was great, it was quite and bed was comfy and tv had lots of channels. 4 and half stars and enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years because I have family in Lansing ! I noticed it’s under new management based off of the staff the other owners staff were verbal and friendly just made you feel welcome ! I was just there weekend before last and I’m spending this weekend there but I’m sorry I’m going to give another hotel a try !

The staff at check in were not very friendly or helpful. Keep in mind there is an early check in fee even an hour before the 3 o’clock check in, despite the room being ready. The thermostat didn’t do anything, the room had a random wire along the wall that they painted to make it blend in. The hotel needs upgrades and to offer a much better customer experience with the staff. I would not recommend this hotel.

Don't go!

Breakfast was cold... I stayed across from indoor pool so it was quite noisy. Bathroom light fixture was rusty and the bathroom was tiny. The WIFI was spotty and the TV service went out both times I tried to watch TV. If you have another option... stay somewhere else.

Stayed for one night, the room had a slight cigarette smell but overall was pretty clean. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast. Good for a cheap option close to MSU. Would stay again, but would ask for a different room next time.

The rooms were very smelly. Cabinets drawers were damaged and falling apart. Floors are very dirty. Had to move rooms the smell was so bad. Would have switched hotels but had a flight in the morning and it was very inconvenient to move to another hotel. Upset I had to pay for such bad accommodations.

The positive first. The staff was great! Very responsive and helpful when asked for assistance. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Negative is the riff raff around the facility and the room size. Room was incredibly small. The worst was the fact there was a very impaired woman in the lobby. I was unsure of her impairment until she dropped a crack pipe in front of me in the lobby. Also, I know it was graduation weekend but not worth the $400 for one night I would not recommend this hotel until they get the unwelcome traffic under control.

Tell about 12am kidsyelling and screaming and pounding and stumping then after that it was the adults turn to have there fun you could smell weed and we was close to front desk so they had to of knew pounding on doors and doors slamming all through the night yelling and im shure fighting

Just ok is not ok

This hotel was just ok. The hotel is older and the room has had some recent updates and was clean but the pool area was tired looking and not inviting. There was no hot water in the room. It was lukewarm at best (both evening and morning). There was no thermostat control in my room, nor an exterior window and no fan in the bathroom, which made the air in the room feel thick. The walls are thin and one of the adjacent rooms had their tv blaring a good hour or more after I tried to go to sleep. Breakfast was decent. Unless I cannot find any other decent place to stay in the area, I wont be back.

We paid $50 for an early check in and the rooms were not ready when we arrived. We had to wait until two rooms were cleaned and then were not able to have the rooms next to each other, however they did get us on the same floor. The ceiling in the rooms look like they’ve had damage and do not look safe. The bathroom door would not close because it was so warped, the caulking around the tub was cracked and did not look clean. The hotel is very old and worn down. Definitely not worth $450/night
