We needed a hotel for one night the breakfast was really horrible all they had was bread and cereal. The lady in the front desk was nice. But the condition of the hotel should be closed down.

We got a double room which was a good size. Older hotel but was clean. Just needs a few touch ups. Elevator not working at this time. Location is good with a lot of dining options. Construction going on outside on roadway but didn't notice the noise. Longer walk into DC area than thought but can be done. Good location if driving

Although price was competitive and it checks checkboxes like parking, refrigerator, microwave and location, the hotel is dated and rooms are dated and so are fixtures in the room and bathroom. I think for the same price or slightly higher, one can get better options

The room was advertised as a kitchenette and while the air was a microwave and mini fridge, the stove top was not present in the room. The bed was very comfortable and I only saw three roaches my whole stay which is pretty good for that area.

I wish I could have stayed longer!

We stayed two nights with a school group. They were able to accommodate our large group for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and had a wonderful selection! The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. And the staff was always present, friendly, and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Had a good stay. There were problems with the door lock opening on two occasions. Got the duty clerk, manager or the receptionist to help open it the first time. A pleasant and polite welcome during check-in will be appropriate and necessary.

Pictures of outside of this hotel so not show the run down exterior. Walls that could have eaaily had dirt and grime wiped odf of them were not. Curtains were dry rotting/ ripping from sun(?). Flooring had been updatef and waa nice. Lighting above sink waa dimmer than a night light.

Limited parking. Room was dirty. Mold on walls and in the shower. Beds were inside of bed bug protectors (which had bed bug stains on them). No bed bugs were spotted during trip. Only the marks of them were found. Shower pressure sucked. No fan in the bathroom. A/C did not match the heatwave Breakfast was horrible - sliced bread, coffee, and juice. There were cockroaches observed running around the room. One of near the toaster and bread.

This hotel was a great place to stay. Room was good size, great bed, very clean bathroom and shower.Front desk people were friendly and very helpful. Parking in the hotel,garage was $42/day, but street parking was plentiful at $12 per day and free on the weekends. Breakfast bar was also very good.

This site is convenient for catching the 16bus to metro; very easy in/out of downtown DC & all its iconic sites for about $2.50 each way. Staff are kind and although breakfast is basic, it sufficed. Motel is old and less than stellar. Hot showers are hot with good water pressure.

Location & Price

The room was clean. I was in 214. I could see prior water damage but for a night or two it was fine. It was less than 15 minutes form the airport with for about $105 and lots of restaurants and stores around in WALKING distance.

The floors were sticky and the towel I used to scoot around became all nasty and dark. The tub drain has low flow and my feet were submerged in water during showers. The door lock ran out of battery, wouldn’t read my card, but the front desk person used a key to open the door. The floors need a deep cleaning, not just a dirty mop moved around.
