The hotel was decent, despite the air conditioning being not fully functioning in the pool being under renovation. The hotel itself was ok but the clientele wasn’t great. The four handicap spots were taken by people who did not have a permit which made us have to walk along distance. This was addressed with the staff with the cars were not removed.

When we arrived they said they didn't have our reservation and we had paid ahead of time. After 45mins they found our reservation. We checked out the next day and had already paid, so it was a great surprise when I my bank advised me that I was charged for the room I had already paid. Called the hotel and they return the money. The whole experience was not good.

I definitely wouldn't return.

The hotel is undergoing repairs or renovations, and several amenities are missing. For example, the air conditioning and pool weren't working. The hotel should have posted these changes on its official website. They also aren't keeping up with the cleanliness of the lobby. A guest's dog peed and no one noticed, and the dirt remained for who knows how long. I definitely wouldn't return.

Good overall hotel, great location, nice building

Nice room, adequately comfortable bed, updated décor and bathrooms. Friendly staff. Nice view - the building is isolated and very tall and extremely conveniently located near the highway. Breakfast buffet is perfectly adequate. This was a solo business trip, I may return another time.
