Place is disgusting. Woke up at 2am to people smoking in the hallway and front desk didn't do anything about it. Key machine wasn't working. So I had to get someone at the desk to let me in and out of my room. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Building smelled bad. Door to the room didn't shut completely and could be pulled open and shut to make loud banging. Chairs in room were dirty and had holes in them. Coffee pot was dirty (used coffee grounds). Shower curtain wouldn't stay shut and kept blowing open while showering.

I have stayed at a super 8 before but this one was not good at all . The room was not inviting. The bedspread had multiple holes in it. The lamp did not work , no remote for the Tv , the fridge kept making weird noises, and the bathroom had bugs in it this morning. As we were leaving they made an appearance. Staff was friendly but that alone does not make up for the lack of inadequacies in the room The potential is there someone needs to make it happen

very disappointed all the sites I've looked at says there's a swimming pool. And there is a pool that has not been open for 3years! That is the only reason I picked this motel.

Hotel is old and rundown. Peeling paint, threadbare bedspread, dirty carpets throughout. Photos are not accurate. Beware.

I am extremely disappointed. I was supposed to be at LaQuinta. This super 8 pool has been closed for a year and the south side of Wichita is not a good location. This place is dated! When the rest of my family came down the next day their room at LaQuinta was very nice exactly what we wanted!

Avoid this place

Not a good experience at all. Had to wait 20 minutes to get any help at front desk for check in. Entire hallway reeked of smoke. We received zero guidance of check out or amenities. Pool was closed as well. Will not stay there again!

Be careful

The front desk were very friendly. But they kept trying to charge my credit card. When I paid cash. I actually blocked them so they couldn’t do that. The place isn’t very safe I’d walk my dog and addicts kept asking me for money. If you are staying in the area I think this is the safest place out of the hotels. There’s a lot of hotels in the area I’d recommend staying in a different area

Son and family had a room for last night but it was awful. No smoking room reared the whole floor stunk. AC broken, door lock broken could only be opened with master key. Pool closed on a 90+ day. When asked if could gave another room he was told no there isn’t any. They just packed up and left. I want my money that I paid for the room back. Totally disgusting

Upon arrival at the Super 8, I noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was stronger in the hallway (non-smoking) leading to my room and the smell was in my room. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The room was shabby and repairs done were of a very average DIY. Things were half painted, caulk (or toothpaste?) Was smeared on the wall, tiling was poorly done. The pool was also closed with no explanation. The property obviously needs an update- and smoking rules enforced.
