This is a great apartment. It is small but very clean. It has a shared kitchen on the 2nd floor right above the Subway restaurant. It is close to the Marina and the busy downtown. Many tours available nearby. Great 5 days here.

Such a great place to stay

The hotel is right in the city center, just one street from the sea, yet quite. The room was very spacious and comfy, the service perfect and we just loved the picnic basket breakfasts.

Beautiful stylish room in the center of town!

Beautiful updated building and updated room. Right in the center of town for you to explore and enjoy the beautiy of the city of Ponta Delgada. Kitchen available for you to use and rooms are comfortable and very stylish which was really unexpected! Only downside is there is no parking available if you rent a car but there is a parking garage nearby and has street parking if you can figure that out!

Wonderful service! I arrived quite early and they let me store my luggage and let me know when my room was ready. I needed a nap and a shower after traveling so long! Much appreciated Very easy check in and out as all done over phone Nice location just off beaten track so not loud and walkable to all of town. Cool little place with great details like arches and old beams. No view but that wasn't needed. Windows open for fresh air and sound of rain. Nice sized room but small shower and bathroom for Americans. Get used to it. Comfortable bed Microwave and fridge and fileted water available and electric kettle in room.

Appartamentino centralissimo a Ponta Delgada, comodo e vicino alla fermata dei pullman, dei supermercati. La via in cui si trova è quella principale della città, con alcuni bar sotto casa (quindi non proprio silenziosissima) ma basta chiudere le finestre ed accendere il condizionatore. Comodissima la zona cucina a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti, fornita di ogni utensile utile per poter cucinare ciò che si vuole. L'unica scomodità che abbiamo avuto è stata la mancanza di uno stendino, o una zona lavanderia, dove stendere e far asciugare le nostre cose. Ci siamo dovuti arrabattare ed appendere alla doccia o alle ante degli armadi costumi ed asciugamani (la stanza era senza balcone). Nel complesso comunque una ottima struttura!
