The staff allowed us to leave our luggage with them before check-in time and everyone there should be recommended for their level of professionalism and courtesy and making us feel very welcome. The next time that we are in Tenerife, we will definitely be staying at that hotel"

"The hotel overall was very good. I would give it 5 stars but the room given to us was very outdated and the room reeked of sewer smell. We complained but nothing was done while we occupied it. Putting the stoppers in the plugs helped. Other than that property was very good."

"Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk of the city centre, so great for exploring on foot. Hotel is quiet and opposite a lovely park, rooms are very clean and modern. You are so close to lots breakfast and dinner places so make sure you get out and eat with the locals. Recommend public parking 5mjn walk called Rosalia. Nice lounge area if you want to chill with beer or wine and food. Great hotel and location. "

"Maid woke me up around 9 am banging on my door, although I did not have the do not disturb sign on door because I was only there for one night 9 am is very early to be banging on peoples doors, unacceptable. She could have verified with reception if I checked out"
