We stayed for 5 nights in early April and overall we enjoyed it a lot. The facilities were in great condition and we were even offered an upgrade to a 2-bed, which we appreciated a lot. The apartment was clean, spacious and smelt great, the beds were very comfordable. A couple of lamps didn't work and the AC controller in the bedroom detached from its sticker a couple times but these were minor issues. We were looking for a quiet getaway something different from the south and we found it! This hotel offers excellent service, good breakfast, a quality spa, and the views from the hotel were spectacular. Set in the mountains, there is hiking near the hotel and it offers many things outside to relax, hammocks, each room offers a patio with a table and chairs. If your looking for a quiet getaway I highly recommend this hotel. I will be visiting again in the near future.

This hotel was very comfortable, and very clean. The neighborhood was great because there were many shops right across the street and the beach was within walking distance. I did not have a lot of time to enjoy all the hotel had to offer but it was a great way to end my hectic travels.

I only stayed here for a night to be closer to the airport. The resort is beautiful with a very lovely staff. I booked the 2 bedroom villa which had everything a family will need on vacation. The rooms are big with a mirror and closet in both. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite and a king bed. The second room is to the back with a sliding door and two twin beds. The other full bath is just as you come in and has a standing shower.

The property was well located across from the Ramblas and down the street from the most beautiful park. The rooftop pool and sunning area gave a wonderful view of the surrounding area and mountains and water.

Excellent accommodation in close driving distance to Anaga's hiking trails and famous Laurel Forest. The Double room with attached private bathroom, dressing room, and balcony is exceptional. Location is in a contemporary residential area on a quiet, dead-end road, near to TF13. Do not miss the Farmer's Market on Saturday and Sunday mornings! Hosts, Jésus and his wife, are kindly and helpful. Highly recommend IF you have a car.
We absolutely loved our stay. The all inclusive package needs to be a little clearer and wasn’t fully available to what was explained. Laundry isn’t included and is expensive
Our room was beautiful, well lit and nicely appointed. We appreciated the small round table with two chairs (so often there’s only one) and individually controlled lights on each side of the bed. The open air (so to speak) closet is well conceived. Two (overhead locker sized) roller board suitcases, when opened, fit perfectly side by side on the low shelf. Drawers below provide ample space for those who wish to unpack. And, the space below that is perfect for shoes. We also appreciated “quiet”...
Great staff, excellent command of English language, extremely friendly, polite and accommodating. Room was spotless, everything looks new and in pristine condition, big bathroom, big tub, VERY CLEAN.
