"Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Upon check in, Poli was in constant communication with us and made sure all of our needs were met. Other staff that we really enjoyed Ivan at the pool, Ricardo at Hibachi, Jair at the buffet, David with activities, the staff at the coffee shop, spa, and the pool bar. 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to come back! "Room was great and everything works and is clean. Cleaning staff and room service was responsive, all staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. Food quality overall is excellent, and the buffet always featured a good amount of healthy options as well. It's predominantly good, real food, with only one poolside bar serving american junk food. The e-boys / activity leaders really made our stay memorable, and our favorite guys were Francisco, Axel, Ivan, and Miguel."
