"We had the BEST time! Secrets is an incredible resort with so many amenities. I’d like to give a few shout outs to some of the staff that made our trip so memorable. Narciso checked on us every single day by the pool to make sure we were being taken care of and were satisfied with our cabana. Charlie (Carlos) our hibachi chef was SO MUCH FUN! We had the best time at dinner and his fun personality made the experience even better! Diana was also absolutely amazing and made sure we had the best time. She also helped us make a reservation to the hibachi restaurant the day after we took our engagement photos and that was so nice! "Our room was beautiful and very clean. Next time I think I would get a room that has a view as there are many with balconies that look directly at another wall of balconies. The pool area is lovely with very comfortable loungers and a nice poolside menu (expensive but at least it's good). "
