This hotel is very convenient to the airport. We walked to the airport in 10 minutes. The hotel is new and very nice. A friend my desk person went out of her way to recommend a restaurant for us, called for us for a reservation and made sure had great directions. We’ll done.
Location and service are the reasons to stay here. Room was very comfortable. Front desk staff and restaurant service excelled. Housecleaning has room for improvement in an upscale hotel like this. We would definitely stay again.

When we arrived at night the receptionist went out of her way to make sure we got a meal even though the kitchen was about to close. She also stayed late to make sure my husband got safely up the stairs to our room since he has limited mobility. The receptionist is also trying to help us get a package back to the USA with some keepsakes from our trip that we accidentally left behind. A really caring staff who go above and beyond the usual!
This is a very nice hotel, clean, quiet, large room with lots of storage space, friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, reasonable price, good convenient location. Bus 3G goes directly to and from the airport from right outside the hotel. I would strongly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again if i ever visit Vilnius again.
The hotel is not centrally located but there are supermarket and restaurant nearby; from hotel I can take buses to most tourist attractions in Vilnius. The hotel room is clean, breakfast buffet is good and staff is very helpful. With the price I paid for the room, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Vilnius.
Friends of mine had stayed before in the hotel and recommended it. I was still positively surprised. It was similar to much more expensive Boutique hotels in W-Europe. Breakfast was great and I was lucky enough to be able to have it on the summer terrace due to the nice spring weather. Very good start of the day!
The room was clean but was not aware that the room was supposed to be clean each day. It was not clear. Only on the 4-5th day was there room service request by staff.
The hotel arranged our transfer from the airport. It was 15 euros each way. Our room had complementary water (both still and sparkling), orange juice, coffee, and tea. There was a clear view of the castle and the Old Town from the window. The pull-out bed was already made-up for us, as well as the baby crib which also had sheets and blankets (not always the case). Breakfast was 10 euros, and consisted of a wide selection of both sweet and savory breakfast items. Our luggage was held for the day...

My room was cleaned every day with clean beddings and towels. Maybe introduce a chef for the late nighters that require food. As we were hungry at around 10:00pm and the lady at the front desk informed us that the kitchen was closed. We didnt want to walk back into the city. Also maybe introduce room service. If you want the luxury of sitting in your room and eating a snack or meal, that would be appreciated.
