"This was my second time staying at BodyHoliday in St. Lucia, and once again it exceeded all expectations. I traveled solo this time and had an absolutely fabulous experience. I fully embraced everything the resort has to offer, often doing three to four different activities and fitness classes a day. There is such a great variety that it’s easy to stay motivated, energized, and inspired throughout the day.
In between activities, I enjoyed incredible meals that were both delicious and nourishing. BodyHoliday truly strikes the perfect balance between wellness and indulgence. I also met so many other solo travelers, which made the experience even more enjoyable—there’s a real sense of community that forms naturally.
A special thank you to the Bodyguards, who go above and beyond to keep you engaged, supported, and entertained. Their energy, encouragement, and genuine care make a huge difference and really elevate the entire experience.
I left feeling stronger, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next visit. BodyHoliday continues to be a place I’ll happily return to again and again."
