The room was neat and clean. I was grateful for the coffeemaker, tea, coffee and water in room. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant onsite serves great food. Dinner on the roof was excellent. Waiters served with honor. Staff were extremely friendly and kind. Receptionists were courteous and received us with a great smile. Shuttle to and from airports was efficient. Driver came to get us at 1:30am and seemed to be happy he received us. Excellent Hotel, I spent 5 days on this trip and will go...

The Nepali culture intertwined with eminent hospitality at the Basera Boutique Hotel. I highly recommend this as the first hotel of your stay in Kathmandu, as you recover from jetlag. The streaming services on the TV will help you feel like you're at home, and there's a rooftop pool and restaurant with a complimentary cultural show so you don't have to leave the hotel to have some low-key fun and uniquely Nepali entertainment!

I was very pleased to stay at the Magnificent Hotel!! The staff was amazing and more than helpful. They helped with airport transportation and loading expedition bags onto a van at 1:00am. Made sure we were on the correct van and paid the driver. The Manager Ganga, sat with us and gave great tips for touring. The owner also owns Third Rock Adventures if you are looking for great deals.I highly recommend the Magnificent Hotel!!
