As an airline crew, I have spent at least a half of any given calendar year in hotels for past 28+ years. When I walk into a hotel, there are a few things I look for and appreciate. 1. Is it clean? I even check inside of room vents. 2. Is the surrounding area deemed safe enough to walk as a female? 3. Are hotel staffs hospitable to help with my needs? 4. Is bedding comfortable and clean? 5. This properly is located near the shopping areas and aboilut 10 min away from the Palace and Secret Garden. This property is in prime location and is walking distance to local subway system. Thr facility has a self-serve laundry room which was a great amenity to have.

Great location in the heart of the shopping district, rooms thoughtfully prepared for guests.

Rooms, services, and amenities were all good.

The hotel is new, very convenient and walkable to any dining options

The hotel staff was amazing especially the night shift lady greeter. She was always smiling and I witnessed her assisting so many people of different nationalities with their questions. Having her in your staff is what will keep me coming back when I visit Seoul.

Our family enjoyed the family suite with bunk beds. There were good restaurants in the area and easy access to the subway.

Subway train station to ICN airport is just next to the hotel.

4th time staying here and love it.

I tried to find a reason not to give Acube a 5, but I just can't find one. Probably the only improvement opportunity is the snack selection, but you can walk 2 minutes down the block and find more of those. The location is perfect for the subway, the airport bus, shopping, site seeing and food so, what more could you ask. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient for public transport. It's just minutes away from a metro station that has 3 lines and can help you get all over Seoul. They also handled an issue that I had very well. I stayed for two nights and when I came back to the hotel in the evening for my second night the electricity wouldn't work in my room. The reception staff came up to try and fix it and when they couldn't, they immediately moved me to a different room for my second night. I was very impressed and...

We love staying here. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Myeongdong Station is just a few steps away. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores close by. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Seoul. Room was very clean and the staff were nice. Walkable to Myeongdong. There’s tons of bus stops nearby including the airport limousine. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a lovely hotel with great staff, amazing room and service. No complaints whatsoever, and the view from our room was magnificiant.
