"Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). "I stayed for a night here after the end of a hiking tour - it was the perfect place to rest and recuperate before my long journey back home. Staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke English fluently. My room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed using the sauna to relax (though note it's not in the same building as the hotel). Well located - walking distance from shops and restaurants - but in a quiet neighbourhood. Would recommend staying here! "

"Large hotel with swimming pool and garden in government district of Bishkek. We were upgraded to a larger room (suite). Good WiFi, good bathroom. Excellent Buffet breakfast included. Very complicated TV! Kettle and teabags. Nice outside area to sit and get a drink. Very nice deck outside the breakfast room to sit out for your breakfast. Staff sometimes did not understand English very well. We asked for a taxi to the bus station but taxi took us to the border! We had to get the taxi to return to...
