Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it.
Great breakfast, flexible and friendly staff, decent WiFi, brand new rooms. We arrived early and they were able to get us a room early. Anything we needed, they provided. Great public space to sit and read or relax. All for a very good price.

The rooms and the stay was impeccable! It truly went above my expectations, I was only there for one night but really was excellent. One note I would be wary about is using their “affiliate partner” taxi service who they recommended to get me to Karakol. He is maybe not the best person for English speaking tourists who are unfamiliar with the country to coordinate transport with. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Compliments to the chef as they make everything from scratch daily. Boorsoks (pastry) were made daily, hot and fluffy, it felt like home. Porridge was just like my grandma's, I had flashbacks of flavors. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than I had expected but it was standard single room. I think I will come back just to have breakfast there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
