"I had a great stay at your hotel. The room was spacious and the staff was super friendly and flexible and was also ready to help. The only thing I want to mention is that I would smell a sewage smell in the bathroom after housekeeping cleaned the bathroom. I wasn’t sure if it was the cleaning solution or cleaning materials used or if it was something else. It was something I noticed and wanted to share with you. This is not a complaint but something I noticed. Thank you for your consideration. "

"This hotel is simply reaching end of service life. Needs a major renovation. We chose it so that we can ride Narita express the next day. There is very few things around the hotel. It's not worth it. Pick something else if you dont need proximity to station."

"The staff were excellent, the check in process was smooth and quick. The hotel itself was the nicest hotel our entire trip. It was our honeymoon so the staff decided to write us a nice letter congratulating us and well wishes. Overall the hotel is super nice, the 7/11 on the basement level was a huge plus. Would recommend anyone ! 11/10 stars "
