"Saw a roach in our room. Mattress was pretty bad—probably picked it up at the Salvation Army. They tacked on a $50 service fee without telling us. Plus tax on the $50. Plus a $30 charge for valet parking. Breakfast was pretty nasty. Internet access and TV connection were spotty. Otherwise it was great! "

"The rooms were decorated nicely! Bathrooms had broken tiles and the shower was a challenge to turn off the water. The property itself is tired looking. Stay was excellent!!"

"This property was more run down than I expected for the price we paid. Room smelled a bit of mildew. One of the sinks didn’t drain. There was no top sheet on the beds, just a fitted sheet and a thin blanket. Security at front door felt safe. Lobby is on 2nd floor, desk staff were friendly. Location was good for getting in to Old San Juan by Uber or car, a little too far to walk."

"Overall nice hotel with great staff! Rooms are cleaned everyday and outdoor bar has great drinks and bartender…buffet breakfast was not very good, same choices every day and bland…should be better for what they charge. Only other complaint was the hot tub wasn’t working and wish they had room service."

"Needs updates, some outdoor furniture had ripped pillows, elevators two not working , room I had was on the side of street so was very noisy at night but staff was friendly "

"Ok but facilities and furniture needs replacement in areas. Lobby is one place tha it does not present as well as it should. The hurricane was years ago. Cracked and ton should not be present when people pay upwards of 4k for their stay. Mattresses lumpy and place a bit run down. But it’s ok. Pool and view are best items "

"Loved this boho style hotel. So quiet and peaceful. The pool was a little small but was my fave place to relax and unwind. The Spa was cute and cozy. My mother said, she had the best massage she ever had. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back. "
