We had a good stay at the resort. Most of the staff is friendly, especially Rosie. She was very friendly and made us comfortable. They have a sports bar/tennis club on the premises that has drinks, food, live music and a Dj. This is open to everyone and does get crowded but we had a great time every time we went. You would definitely need transportation to explore surrounding restaurants and shopping center. Since the rooms are made from shipping containers, they were very nicely designed. They were very comfortable with a balcony in the front and back so you can sit and enjoy the view of the mountaintop . The pool is nice and was clean.

Great stay experience! Firstly the room, grounds and facilities were spotless clean and well maintained. The room was not only clean but EXCEPTIONALLY clean! Secondly, The views are amazingly serene and surreal. Thirdly, the room was situated correctly and intelligently. By that I mean sitting outside in the front of the room you can experience the mountain/nature views and the excitement of the tennis/pickleball playing and when you want a serene experience you sit on your balcony looking to the south towards the ocean off in the distance. The room was a little small but very, very comfortable. But hey you are in Puerto Rico. You go to your room to sleep. You don’t go to hang out indoors really! AC is perfect! You don’t see the staff when checking in. The key to the room is in a lockbox outside the room and you are provided the code to get the key to your room via email. There isn’t daily room cleaning. But if you need anything the staff is there for you. Shout out to Rose!! She introduced herself to us and is very personable and nice! A definite asset to the hotel! A suggestion if I may— can there be washer/ dryer facilities provided on site for the guests? There are none at this time. Otherwise EXCELLENT stay!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Hidden gem

I stayed here for the Bad Bunny residency because I rather stay closer to family, and I feel like I found a hidden gem in the south of PR. From the moment I walked in, everyone (especially Rosie) was so attentive. I stayed alone a few days before my friend arrived, but I didn't feel alone. The owner's wife took time out of her night to sit down and have a beverage with me and had such a wonderful conversation with her, and her husband as well. The waitresses were attentive, sweet, and always smiling. They all gave me their number so that I could text them because they knew I had to drive alone two hours to get my friend from the airport, they made me feel like their daughter lol. I've never stayed anywhere before in PR where I felt so care for. Also, to speak on the actual hotel - our room was immaculate. It was extremely clean, very nice, great AC, great patio. Amazing pool with an amazing view. I love that they have a bar and restaurant on the premises, you don't even have to leave. Yes, they do have a packed house almost every night between live performances, tennis, and pickleball - but if you have a problem with this, you should probably be staying elsewhere. The noise did not bother me at all. I honestly would not stay anywhere else as long as this place is open, moving forward. 10/10 for me.

Viaje en pareja ..... El lugar cuenta con canchas de tenis y pickerball los vagones quedan frente por lo que escucharas el sonido como a las 3 comienzan a llegar instructores y personal para uso de las mismas en mi caso me gustó el ambiente ya que cuenta con una barra donde puedes disfrutar de una excelente cocina y puedes compartir sin la necesidad de salir fomentan mucho el deporte del lugar la piscina muy buena .....el cuarto es pequeño pero acogedor único detalle no tiene para poner la ropa como un closet .... repito la comida 10/10
