At 10PM someone entered our room startling us, our door was locked so this person entering had to have a key that worked for our room. Checking out the next morning there was no one at the office, I called the number, the person answering would not come to the desk he did not want to hear our concerns this was 10:30 in the morning, he just told me to "leave the key on the desk" and hung up!"
