10/10 Excellent

"I will start this saying that we’re in our 70’s and this accommodation is definitely geared for younger people. That said it was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback for us was the 38 stairs to the room. Our rooms were directly above the La Spezia train station which made traveling to Cinque Terre or Porto Venere pretty easy. Breakfast is at a bar in the train station and was a coffee and croissant. Air conditioner worked well and the room and bath were clean."

Plenty of choice at breakfast; the women who manage breakfast are amazing and very well organised all with a smile on their faces. The pool area is tranquil and calm - plenty of beds available when we stayed. Thank you for a lovely stay"
