The service at Revelton Suites was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was convenient and it was in a quiet area. I really liked the fact that there was free parking available.
There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished.

The receptionists were extremely courteous, welcoming, and helpful. The location is unbeatable. It's close enough to the castle but very quiet. This is a fantastic property. Great location inside the city walls. Well appointed and remodeled two-floor unit that sleeps four comfortably. We had a fifth person and the only couch was very unsuitable for sleeping. My only complaint is we could get hot water upstairs in the tub (the shower shot water everywhere, so that wasn't an option) but the downstairs shower could never manage to get above lukewarm. But that was minor. Otherwise we love everything about it.
