Linkki self check-iniin ei toiminut, mutta sain henkilökunnalta hyvin apua tähän jo ennen hotellille saapumista. Muuten self check-in oli kätevä – saatiin huoneen ovikoodi jo etukäteen ja päästiin siorsan huoneeseen hotellille saavuttua. Hotelli oli perussiisti, toki yleisilmeeltään jo hiukan parhaat päivänsä nähnyt.

Ylihintainen perushotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.

Aloitetaan hyvästä puolesta: hotellin sijainti on loistava, varsinkin jos kohteena ovat Tallinnan eläintarha ja Rocca al Mare kauppakeskus, molemmat sijaitsevat kävelymatkan päässä hotellilta. Huoneet vanhahtavia, mutta siistejä. Huoneemme ovea sai poistuessa takoa kiinni useita kertoja, jotta sen sai lukkoon. Tästä kävimme heti ilmoittamassa respaan. Huoneen vaihto ei kuulemma onnistunut koska hotelli oli täyteen buukattu. Hotellin osalta asia jäi tähän... Aamiainen ihan ok. Sillä kyllä pärjäsi, mutta mitään erikoista ei kannata odottaa. "Kylpyläosastolla" oli ihan perushyvä uima-allas, sekä noin kolmelle hengelle sopiva poreamme, joka sekin oli kokonaan pois käytöstä. Puhuhuoneiden kaapeista oli lukot poistettu, joten kaikki tavarat piti jättää huoneeseen. Kylpytakkeja ei huoneissa ollut. Yhteenvetona: hyvällä sijainnilla oleva perushotelli. Mukavuuksiinsa ja tasoonsa nähden ylihinnoiteltu.

Luonnon ja ostosten lähellä oleva hotelli.

Mukava hotelli joka sijaitsee Rocca Al Maren ostoskeskuksen lähellä. Lisäksi aivan rannan vierellä ja meren rantaa kulkee todella hyvät kävelypolut jotka vievät lintutornille, sekä muutama vaelluspolku joka kulkee aivan meren vieressä länteen mennessä.

Perheloma

Yövyimme kaksi yötä, sijainti hyvä ajatellen ostoskeskusta ja vierailua eläintarhaan. Plussaa siisteydestä, uima-altaasta , alueen rauhallisuudesta ja mukavista sängyistä. Huoneissa toimiva hyvä ilmastointi ja pihalla ilmainen pysäköinti. Miinusta melko kielitaidottomasta henkilökunnasta ja heitä oli paikalla vähän, illalla yksi. Asiakaspalveluinnokkuus kehnoa . Molemmista huoneistamme puuttui lisäsängyt, respan nuori tyttö toimitti ne sitten parhaansa mukaan miten kerkesi muilta töiltään. Aamupala melko niukka. Toiveet huonejärjestelyistä kannattaa etukäteen mainita, meillä huoneet eri kerroksissa.

Hotelli aika vanha, mutta huoneet perus-siistit ja siivotut. Aamiainen ok. Huomattavaa on se ettei iltapäivällä pääse uimaan huoneen iltaan, ainoastaan aamu-uinti kuuluu huoneen hintaan. Parkkipaikkoja löytyy hyvin ja iso ostoskeskus on noin 300 metrin päästä hotellista.

Huone oli hyvin pölynen. Pieni ikkuna missä ei mitä verhoa ja en pystynyt nukkumaan kun luonon valo tuli heti aamulla. Ravintolassa tarjoilija puhuu vain venejä eikä viroa, itse en osa englantia. Henkilökunta puhuvat huonosti viroa ja he edellyttävät että puhun englantia. Tuli fiilis että olen venejällä eikä virossa.

Tuba haises ebameeldivalt. Vannitoa lambil olid pirnid ilma kaitsekuplita. Klienditeenindus ei tule toime isegi siis kui nendega eesti keeles rääkida, oli vastuvôtus küll ÜKS väga tore teenindaja ja sai ka eesti keelega hakkama. Aga teda nägime vaid korra.Parklas õhtul kohti ei ole, autod pargitakse lihtsalt kinni.

Henkilökunta ystävällinen ja avualias. Opastivat oikotien jäähallille, kun arvaili, että olimme tulleet luistelukilpailuihin. Huoneet perustasoa mutta viihtyisät Toisena yönä nukkumista häiritsi kova myrsky ja ikkunoihin hakannut sade. Aamupalalla saa päivän käyntiin, vaikka ei ole mitenkään omaperäinen. Uima-allasta emme testanneet. Kävelymatkan päässä ostoskeskuksesta ja edullinen hinta.
