Very nice hotel. Very difficult to find. GPS does not guide you to the correct place. Hospitality could have been better. We had two rooms. When we asked for a 30-minute extension for checkout, they refused, telling us that we could only have 10 minutes, since the hotel was full. That was patently false. There were hardly any guests to be seen anywhere. I was surprised to find the personnel so unaccommodating. It left a bad impression to an otherwise nice hotel.

Claudia was an amazing host! Beautiful property. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. She made us feel like family. Clean and nice room. Perfect little cozy stay!

Wonderful hotel! My husband and I stayed at So & Leo's for two nights. The room was beautifully appointed and spacious. Adjoining bathroom had an excellent shower, plenty of towels and supplies. Coffee and biscuits available in the common area. Our hostess, Siminoa (So) was so gracious, friendly and fun. She allowed us to check-in early and to store our bags on the afternoon of our last day. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was prepared for three people when we arrived, was clean and beautiful as well. Breakfast was wonderful.

Was in old town close to everything. Had everything you need and was very clean. We had to wait outside the door to check in, but only for a few minutes.

great place! you will need an international phone to get into main building, then know the code to get into the b and b. tricky but instructions are good. parking pass available from host, but you’ll never find a place - reserved ahead of time through parkmeter at the sas garage about 8 min walk. from there it’s a 20 min walk to the old town. our host josefina was incredible - very helpful and gave us a great breakfast in morning. even a to go one when we left early. rooms are comfortable, and...

The staff is incredibly helpful — whenever we needed anything, they were always there to assist us and answered all our questions and inquiries, including helping with our luggage. The room is spacious and very clean. The hotel is also very close to the outlet, and only a 1-minute walk from McDonald’s. The breakfast is also very good, especially the scrambled eggs. I really recommend this hotel.

The owner was very attentive and quickly checked us in. The suite was clean, bright, had WIFI, TV, small fridge, and two fans. There was street parking around the back of the property. The entry into the building as well as stairs are not lighted, so it’s very dark and must be careful.

Clean room, clean bathroom and nice staff

One of the most amazing and calming places we’ve been to. Everything about this place is wonderful.

The hotel has a different name than Riva Superior. That sign is still on the outside however. Inside it’s Bella Sogiorno. Not easy to get to, must park on a garage further away. Breakfast was basic but great cappuccino, no egg omelettes. But a very quiet place to get good night sleep. Nearby walking to many great sights in Genoa.

The property was lovely but the staff was another level. Everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant, the spa, and the door staff were all welcoming and accommodating. Simone and Jessica made our entire stay completely hassle free. The restaurant had great menu and the food was excellent. Highly recommend, I can’t wait to be back.
