Housekeeping missed replacing toilet paper , leaving any Kleenex, replacing dirty glasses, no wash clothes, had to ask for spare toilet paper as they were very small rolls.the shower was great but took at least 5 minutes to get warm water. the restaurant was again under construction which was fine great ocean view, very slow service for food and drinks. "Very spacious, comfortable rooms. Bathrooms need updating though. The one issue we had is the steepness of the stairs down to the hotel on arrival. Breakfast was typically Italian - mostly sweet. The breakfast room has a view not to be missed. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. "

"To be fair, I am reviewing the Akropolis Hotel because that’s where I stayed. When I got to San Andrea Degli Armeni, there was no one there, but a sign there had a phone number to call. The person said to come to the Akropolis Hotel which was just a short walk. Apparently they are sister hotels and my reservation was switched but because I booked on hotels.com they staff couldn’t reach me. No big deal, as it was close by.
